Once you pass a simple quiz, you earn the “Molecule” role and gain access to all of our entry-level community channels**.**
Each role in our community has its unique vibes, responsibilities, and rights.
Role Progression requires a certain amount of XPs as well as POAPs and as you reach higher, new requirements await you.

Earning XP through meaningful conversations, content&meme contests and participation in various events such as quizzes and games.
Starting from “Synapse,” a minimum number of POAPs is required to progress. Once you reach the necessary level, you earn the “Intern” role (e.g. Synapse Intern) and when have enough POAPs, submit proof in #poap-proof channel to receive the role (e.g. Synapse).
The Neuroengineer role opens the door for deeper technical channels for those interested in building on GenLayer. Our developer community can already contribute by checking our GitHub, trying out the Studio, and getting engaged on Discord.
